Product all as described, arrived in about a week to New Zealand (Bottom of Pacific). I paired the product with 2x new Polk Atrium 5’s and an old Bose subwoofer from the Companion 3 series (bought back in late 2000s). Worked very easy both wired ethernet cable, and also by Wifi (a little trickier). I also bought another arylic component to Wifi-enable my old Sony system from 1990s, the 4stream app is very good to allow a Digital sound desk so I can use multi-room audio for both (either separate or together).
hi, how are you?I wrote you 2 days ago in the chat online. asking if it's possible to power up the AMP 2.0 with 5V.
I bought your 2.0 amp and was wondering what happens, and if it was harmful, powering it with 5v. I did a test. It seems to work smoothly at reduced power. Would it just be a power reduction or could it damage the system? Powering it with 5 v would allow me to easily power it with any powerbank with usb protocol. If you could give me timely information I would be grateful.
If I use a 24V in the 2.1 system how will be the best A for recharge? in the data sheet there is only the indications for V amount and nothing about
How many A is suggested for the 12v charge power?
do you give any offer for a bundle of AMP + Charger?
The accept power of Up2stream Amp 2.0 is 12V-24V with the DC input.
If you use the 5V DC then sometimes you may not can't run the board.
If you use the 5V micro USB in, this may broken some features on the board, the port is not for supply power.
As for the advice amp of 12V, you can use 4A.
I have one of the devices hooked up to a stereo receiver going out to two passive speakers. The sound from this setup (when I stream Spotify via the 4STREAM app) is crushed and muddled in the midrange compared to a Logitech Bluetooth adapter going into the same setup. Also, simultaneous streaming to two speakers via WiFi is very spotty. It’s difficult to get both sources playing by at the same time, and one frequently cuts out and looses connection.
As the title suggests, this piece of board is actually amazing. While powered only with 12V and 5A and paired with a set of speakers from Dayton it sounds amazing. All types of streaming USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Aux are working as they should, no parasites are coming out the speakers at any volume so the board is properly designed.
At first I was a little bit concerned because there were not so many reviews of this board and even of Arylic but after buying one, I literally got speechless by its quality.
A single thing bothers me but it is acceptable due to the fact that it can be by-passed. I am talking about the volume notification upon volume up or down. That little 'beep' that is pretty loud considering it is not changing its volume from 0% to 100%, but if you are changing the volume using the streaming devices, that sound won't be triggered so it won't bother you at all.
I had a good experience with the seller, warranty, and after-sell communication.High-quality product with a lot of additional accessories. I have ordered the transparent case and Must Have remote control. The device can be controlled from the phone, also have a Web interface!Very happy with the purchase.
