How to Update Firmware on LP10

This guide explains how to update the firmware on your LP10 to get the latest features, improvements, and fixes.

Before You Start

- Make sure your Arylic device is powered on.

- Connect the device to a stable Wi-Fi network.

- Keep your phone connected to the same network as the device.

- Do not power off the device during the update.

Update via the GO CONTROL App

1. Download the latest Go Control App V2.1.1.501 

2. Power on/off the device then LP10 will update automatically.

3. If there is no update automatically, you can follow the instructions below or with the video.

4. Select the LP10 you are going to update with.

5. Click Arylic Radio to active restart prompt for update.

The update process may take several minutes.

During the Update

*Do not unplug the power or reset the device.

Interrupting the update may cause firmware failure.

After the Update

- The device will connect to the network automatically.

- Confirm the firmware version in Device Settings.

Troubleshooting Tips

1. Restart your router and try again.

2. Move the device closer to the Wi-Fi router.

3. Restart your LP10 and try again.

4. If the problem persists, contact Arylic support with your device model and current firmware version.
