What music services do you support?

We support Spotify, Amazon Music, Tidal, SoundCloud, Qobuz, TuneIn, Internet Radio, BBC Radio, iHeartRadio, Napster and more. We keep update the music service you need.  You can refer to music services.

Do you support Google Cast?

Yes, some of our products support Google Cast.

Do you support Spotify Connect?

Yes all of our streaming devices are support Spotify Connect.

Do you support Tidal Connect?

Yes, some of our products support Tidal Connect.

Models support Tidal Connect: LP10LP100H50Up2stream HD DAC.

Do you support Qobuz Connect?

Yes, please update to the latest firmware.

LP10LP100 can support Qobuz Connect.

Can I use free Spotify account to stream music?

Except LP10 can stream with free Spotify account.

For other products need to use at least Spotify premium account for streaming.

Do you support Alexa?

Yes some of our model support Alexa.

Support Alexa model: H50

Do you support AirPlay 2?

Yes, some models support AirPlay 2 and you can use with other AirPlay 2 devices and Apple devices.

How many zones can I group at once?

There is no limitation actually, but we advice 10 units at once in standard situation.

As long as your WiFi router can cover, no matter how many units you connect at once. Or we suggested you can wire by Lan to your WiFi router for stability.

Is there a delay when streaming under multiroom?

When playing music, the delay is very micro that hard to be heard with human. When stream from TV, there will have 1S delay between TV and speaker.

Do you support Gapless?

Yes, the latest firmware version already support gapless.

 

Can l programm the right, left and sub channel individually inthe ACPWorkbench?

Yes, you can configure different EQ settings in each channel.

Can l run ACPWorkbench on Mac?

Sorry no, this is a windows software.

What happens if i have to reinstall Windows? Can l reuse thekey in this case?

lt will not work if reinstall windows, but you can send email to us with your order, we will send you one more key for this case.

Can linstall and use one license on 2 dfferent computerse.g.Notebook and Pc ?

No, each activation key only works for 1 PC.

What is the error code 104,105 mean?

104 KEY has been used.
105 KEY is not correct.

Do I need to pay import tax?

The price in our online store is not includes tax.

We have local delivery to Europe, United States and Canada. We afford tax if applicable in above regions mentioned. For other regions, the buyers have responsibility to afford the tax. If you have specific requirements with the custom, you can contact us.

We ship to worldwide, you can refer to our shipping policy for the time and delivery method we use.

Where is my refund?

Once we confirm we receive your returned package, We will process refunds within three business days. Please make sure you upload the return tracking number in the return center.

How do I return an item?

You can apply refund or exchange in our return center. The system will guide you step by step.

For United States,Canada and Germany, we offer prepaid shipping label.

For other regions, you need to arrange the shipping and we will refund the shipping fee by Paypal.
