It is a good board with a quality finish. The sound quality depends largely on the speakers used. On vintage 2-way 4Ω speakers, it sounds very nice, with no hum or any other squeaks in the background.

However, without an IR remote, it is not very practical. If you want to shut down only the amplifier while keeping the internet connection active, you might run into some issues. This cannot be done without the remote, as the LED on the board remains ON if you mute the board using an external key. Additionally, if you cut the power, you have to wait about a minute for it to reconnect.

The provided schematic for external buttons and LEDs is not straightforward and can be misleading—for example, the pull-up resistor for the KEY is already on the board.

At the end of the day, I will probably buy more of these boards.

I love my 80s hifi stereo system and for years have been looking for a way to preserve the sound quality with digital audio. I bought 2 of these Up2Stream AMP to be able to use my old good quality DCM speakers for playing music using Bluetooth. I was also impressed with the customer service. I ordered two acrylic boxed for the Upstream AMP boards and ended up ordering the wrong boxes. After contacting them and explain what happened, they immediately send me the right boxes at NO COST!

Very good product, small, easy to install, enough connections type, wifi works perfect, app not bad too... Recommend.

Another board that proved great to implement at my place , good quality , super sound and ease to configure . I got 4 of these now and they work like a charm. I put one inside my new valve amp, that I made, and got a perfect combination.

Great product to associate with the ACPWorkBench software (be careful the license is attached to a Windows installation, if you reinstall Windows on the same machine, you lose the license, it's not cool)

Good quality control box that has all the functions and more that I wanted to have. I have both older Sansui and a Bryston 3B amps with fixed volume control so this is the perfect match for old tech with new devices. Also having the tone controls, as in bass and treble or the preset equalizer buttons on the remote gives me better options for listening to either bluetooth or the line in. Definitely improved the depth of sound. Having the remote for control is great also. Highly recommend this for older gear.

I got this as a gift and it’s a step up in features from my old Topping VX1. It’s easy to use and the sound quality is just as good as the Topping, it’s clean, clear and drives my Wharfedale desktop speakers with ease. Unless your speakers are very low impedance then this little gem would drive most bookshelves even up to £1k.

Amazing amplifier, works smoothly. HDMI ARC works without any issues, mobile app connects fast. Easy to use. I love how sound indication LED works. Overall best amplifier in price range. Have features that more expensive brands amplifiers don't.
