What do I need to use AirMini with my existing speakers?
AirMini works with powered speakers, stereo amplifiers, receivers, and compatible soundbars that have a suitable audio input. If you have passive speakers, you'll need an amplifier or receiver to drive them, as AirMini does not provide speaker amplification.
Before purchasing, check which audio inputs your equipment supports: 3.5mm analog line-in or optical audio input.
Can I use the analog and optical outputs at the same time?
AirMini uses a shared 3.5mm combo output for analog line-out and optical audio. These are two output modes, not two separate physical ports.
For analog playback, connect the 3.5mm output to a compatible analog audio input. For optical playback, attach the included 3.5mm-to-optical adapter and connect a separate optical cable to your audio system.
Choose the output method that best matches your equipment.
Can AirMini play in sync with HomePod and other Arylic streamers?
AirMini can join an AirPlay 2 multi-room setup with HomePod and other compatible AirPlay 2 speakers. Select the desired playback devices from a compatible Apple device, with the devices connected to the appropriate network.
GO CONTROL can also manage compatible Arylic devices across different product generations. However, managing devices in the same app does not automatically mean they can be grouped for native Arylic multi-room playback. Cross-platform playback requires a shared streaming protocol supported by the participating devices, such as AirPlay.
